Privacy notice.

Who to contact

ZCorp Development is an independent development business based in Serbia. For questions about this notice or information you have sent us, email contact@zcorpdevelopment.com.

Information you provide

When you send a project inquiry, we receive your name, email address, project description and any company, service, budget or timing information you choose to share. We use this information to review your request, communicate with you and discuss possible work.

Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or confidential customer records through the form.

Form delivery and security

The contact form uses a temporary session cookie to protect submissions. It also uses limited technical information, including a hashed network address and request timing, to limit automated submissions. The website does not save inquiry messages to a public database.

Inquiries are delivered to our email inbox using Brevo. The hosting and email services used to operate the website may process technical logs and message data as part of providing those services. You can read Brevo’s privacy policy for information about its processing.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not include advertising pixels or analytics tracking. Fonts and visual assets are served from this website. The temporary contact-form session cookie supports form security; it is not used for advertising.

Use, access and retention

We use inquiry information for the conversation you started and related project administration. Access is limited to the people and service providers needed for that work. We do not sell inquiry information.

Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, any resulting business relationship and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us if you want to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have provided. We will explain any information that must be retained.

International processing

ZCorp operates from Serbia and uses hosting and email services that may process information in other countries. Please contact us if your project has specific location or confidentiality requirements before sharing project data.

Changes to this notice

If the website’s data practices change, this notice will be updated. The date above identifies the current version.
